Abrasive Cutting
SERVOCUT-A300: SERVOCUT-A300 is an Automatic Abrasive Cutting Machine, which is microprocessor controlled with chop cutting and automatic table-feed cutting systems, digital positioning of the specimen in X and Y axis with accuracy of 2 microns (X-axis optional), manual positioning in Z - axis, integrated feed path control. It has power dependent adjustable feed rate, variable cutting force, pulse cutting mode, LED bar graph overload display, 6,4 HP compact motor, electronic brake system, cutting capacity upto 90/110 mm solid stock, for cut-off wheels upto Ø250/300 mm, twin T-slotted clamping table made of stainless steel, bottom part as rugged alloy base casting, 80 Lt recirculation cooling unit.
SERVOCUT-AA500: Our Automatic Abrasive Cutting Machine, SERVOCUT-AA500 is microprocessor controlled with automatic chop cutting and automatic table-feed cutting systems, digital positioning of the specimen in X-, Y-, and Z- axis with accuracy of 2 microns (X-axis optional). It has integrated feed path control, power dependent adjustable feed rate, variable cutting force, pulse cutting mode, LED bar graph overload display, 15 HP compact motor, electronic brake system. It has cutting capacity upto 160/180 mm solid stock, for cut-off wheels upto Ø450/500 mm, twin T-slotted clamping table made of stainless steel, bottom part as rugged alloy base casting, 120 Lt recirculation cooling unit and integrated base cabinet.
Precision Cutting
MICRACUT 175: MICRACUT 175 is an Automatic High Speed Linear Precision Cutting and Grinding Instrument. It is microprocessor controlled for cutting discs of upto 175 mm diameter with variable cut-off wheel speed from 400 to 4000 rpm, 400 watt cutting motor, 50mm cutting capacity (100mm with rotation). It has load application upto 60N, automatic feeding with adjustable feed speed, motorised positioning system with digital readout, positioning accuracy 2 microns, touch-pad control panel for parameter settings, last settings retained in memory with built-in sample rotation, with recirculation cooling unit.
MICRACUT 200: It is an Automatic High Speed Precision Cut-off Machine with moving table cutting system. It is microprocessor controlled for cutting discs of upto 200 mm diameter with variable cut-off wheel speed from 400 to 4000 rpm, 800 watt cutting motor, automatic feeding with adjustable feed speed. It has motorised positioning system with digital readout, touch pad control panel for parameter settings, last settings retained in memory, with built-in recirculation cooling unit.
Mounting
METAPRESS–P: It is a Programmable Automatic Mounting Press, which is microprocessor controlled, program based mounting sequences, electro hydraulic pressure and drive system (requires no air). Its programmable pressure is upto 310 bar, programmable temperature up to 240°C and programmable operation time up to 59:99 minutes. METAPRESS-P has thermostatically controlled heating power of 850 W, automatic cooling cycle with two modes of cooling rates(fast cooling and slow cooling), programmable preheating and preloading, selectable mould sizes from 25 mm to 50 mm, audible warning signal, large LCD screen and touch-pad front panel.
METAPRESS-M: Our Semi Automatic Mounting Press has the capacity of 5 ton that consists of touch pad front panel controls and digital display of heating time, molding temperature, cooling temperature, ram up/down, auto/manual cooling, cycle start/stop and a direct reading pressure gauge. It is available in self contained bench design, integral heating and cooling unit, thermostatically controlled heating power of 850 W, automatic cooling cycle along with audible warning signal which is ready for operation and selectable mould sizes from 25 to 50mm.
Grinding & Polishing
FORCIPOL Series of Instruments: FORCIPOL Series of Instruments is available as Single Wheel and Dual Wheel Units (200/250/300 mm wheel size). Either Single or Double Wheel versions are available with constant, dual or infinitely variable rotating speeds with digital display. This allows the setting of the optimum speed for each individual preparation process. When the number of specimens to be prepared increases, FORCIPOL instruments can be fitted with FORCIMAT automatic head for automation. FORCIMAT Automatic Head provides high rate of sample preparation and frees the operator from the grinding and polishing procedures.
Petrography
GEOCUT: Geological Cutting Machine is used for sectioning of rock, ceramics, minerals, glass, concrete, etc along with Z-axis cutting wheel positioning and table-feed cutting system, manual positioning of the specimen in X and Y axis, X-Y table bed and cross feed table for cutting of plane parallel sections, mechanical display of cutting thickness. It has cutting capacity upto 90/100 mm solid stock for diamond wheels upto ø250/300mm, 6,4 HP compact cutting motor, electronic brake system, interlocking safety switch for hood, bottom part as rugged alloy base casting, 80 Lt recirculation cooling unit along with clean-out and connection hoses, ready for operation without Clamping Devices.
FORCIMAT-TS: Automatic Specimen Mover, FORCIMAT-TS is used for the preparation of mineralogical specimens. It is microprocessor controlled, and pneumatically adjustable individual force loading system. It has upto 6 specimens, 90 Watt DC motor, low rotational speed of 35 rpm, front panel with touch-pad controls, audible warning signal, steel mounting column and with LUBOMAT automatic and exchangeable drip lubricator.
